GRAPES: Chardonnay
Wine obtained from selected Chardonnay grapes. On harvesting, the grapes are transferred into horizontal rotating vinificators. The maceration takes place at 4° C for 24 hours. Following maceration, the must is introduced into thermoregulated French oak vats where alcoholic fermentation takes place at 15° C. After a refining in wood, the wine is racked, refined in stainless steel tanks and finally bottled.
TASTING NOTES: straw coloured, complex and aromatic scents, with flavours of banana, apricot, honey and sage.
ALCOHOL CONTENTS: around 13.5%
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: First and second fish courses, white meat
