GRAPES: 100% Falanghina
White wine obtained from selected falanghina grapes harvested in august. Its aromas are the result of crio-maceration at 4°C for 24 hours after destemming and alcoholic fermentation at 15°C for about 10 days.
TASTING NOTES: Its bouquet is elegant with a strong and intense fruity scent characterized by hints of exotic fruit which merge with delicate flower notes. It is soft on the palate, well balanced and harmonic, fresh and persistent thanks to its good acidity.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: around 12,5%
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Perfect with fish dishes, white meat and it also pairs fresh cheese appetizers.
